Conclusion

This projects has let me explore everything in the lgbt community. I started off as just transgenders, but you can't truly do that unless you view everything in the lgbt community. I learned how you will never be accepted by everyone. Let the people around you be your support group. The people who don't accept you shouldn't be in your life. Depression can be caused when felt bullied and alone. Anytime you need help from helping with transitioning to just needing someone to talk to speak to a hotline or a peer who accepts you. I am very proud how my project turned out. I now have a such broader view on everyone. I am very thankful for all the supporters who have come to help the lgbt community. There is still plenty to cover, but theses sources are very important and helpful to understand who I am. Never judge a book by its cover is what I want everyone to learn from my project because you never know what they have went through to get to who they are today.

Over the time of me coming out as transgender I often get asked tons of questions. I get referred to as a "it" or "she all the time. It is hard to understand someone who is transgender if you have never experienced the transition yourself. Before and After Testosterone

The men and women have faces more obstacles then most. Growing up trying to be who you are is hard. They hide themselves in a shell until they can finally see that others opinions don't matter. I wanted to show a lot of photos because its imports to see both views on the transgender society. You can be female to male and truly look like a man. You can be male to female and truly look like a female. As you can see there is huge differences as you go on with each month. For example lets take the last photo, he is a good looking man who has a mustache and man figures. He took testosterone for 1 year and the outcome came out to be a beautiful lady with all figures of a women.

Before and After Top Surgery

Image result for before and after top surgeryImage result for before and after top surgeryThese people have spent thousands of dollars to fix there body to what they feel is right. As you can see there is a extreme change in not only loosing the breast, but as well as, loosing body fat. I find this interesting because people who do get the surgery don't realize all the changes it will make to them.

Low Testosterone Treatment

Testosterone does the following over treatment time:
Builds lean muscle
Improves sexual performance and enhances sex drive
Increases energy
Improves mood
Improves mental clarity and quickness
Protects against cancer and heart disease
Restores lost zest for life
Removes depression all men and women acquire as testosterone declines

If low testosterone treatment is done correctly, it is safe and there are no negative side effects. Here is a general progression of how things will change after you start therapy:
Week 2 to 3 Lifting of a depression you may not know you have--a general increase in enthusiasm and zest for life - plus, an increased mental sharpness and quickness.
Week 2 to 3 Increase in energy and metabolism levels--activity levels are important.
Week 4 to 5 Increase in night dreams, morning erections for men and increased wetness for women.
Week 6 to 8 Increase in male sex drive - improved interest, performance and satisfaction
Week 12 to 16 Start of increase in muscle and decrease in fat - particularly if you are active and watch your diet - principally refined carbohydrates.
Week 20 to 24 Increased bone strength.http://www.livestrong.com/article/229467-testosterone-effects-on-transgender/
