Day of Silence

Silence can create change! April 16, 2016 is day of silence. You don't have to be an lgbt member to do this. This quiet but powerful, student action raises awareness about the silencing effect of anti-bullying, harassment and discrimination movement. Anyone can organize a Day of Silence activity or event, and it can be a powerful way to band together and take a stand. The Day of Silence is in all 50 states and a few countries. Over 10,000 students become involved and celebrities. Day of Silence is just taking one bigger step toward peace with allies.
